Does Custom Built Inc. provide a warranty? |
|
Yes. We provide a warranty on all workmanship for 36 months under normal usage. Material warranties are dependent upon the individual manufacturer. |

How much of a deposit does Custom Built Inc. require? |
|
We collect approximately $250.00 when we sign a contract with you, followed by a 50% draw on the first day of construction. The remaining payment is due upon completion. |

Who is responsible for cleanup? |
|
Custom Built Basements and Decks will perform all necessary cleanup. We never leave messy yards, only a beautiful outdoor structure. Ditto for basements, sunrooms and any interior renovation project. |

How long will it take to finish my project? |
|
Construction time varies depending on the design and size of your project. Most of our deck projects are completed within three to ten business days. It is our policy at Custom Built Inc. to stay on your project until completion and before starting additional work. |
